🔪 Instructions:
1. Prepare the Batter:

In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.

3. Fry the Fritters:

Drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil, frying 4–5 at a time. Avoid overcrowding.
