Apricot trifle with yogurt

Recipe

Ingredients :

8 to 10 ripe apricots
1 vanilla pod
100 g of sugar
3 tablespoons of flaked almonds
3 or 4 tablespoons of brown sugar
4 pots of Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon of orange blossom water
Instructions :

Cut the apricots in half and remove the stones.
Put the fruit in a saucepan with the vanilla pod split in two, a little water and the sugar.
Bring slowly to a boil.
