Method:

  1. Gently crush the black peppercorns using a mortar and pestle or the back of a spoon.
  2. In a pot, bring the water to a boil.
  3. Add the crushed black peppercorns to the boiling water and let it boil for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Strain the tea using a strainer to remove the seeds.
  5. Add honey and lemon juice as desired.
