Kiwi Digestive Cleanse Smoothie

Ingredients

2 ripe kiwis (peeled)

1/2 cucumber (peeled)

1 cup spinach leaves

1 tablespoon flaxseeds or chia seeds

1 cup coconut water or almond milk

1/2 green apple (sliced)

Optional: 1 teaspoon honey or a pinch of ginger

Instructions

  • Peel the kiwis and cut them into small chunks.
  • Add all the ingredients into a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
