Ingredients (makes about 12 mini cakes):

  • 4 cups (about 100g) cornflakes

  • 1 cup (175g) chocolate (semi-sweet, milk, or dark—your choice!)

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 2 tbsp golden syrup or honey (optional but adds a lovely chew)

Optional Add-ins or Toppings:

  • Mini marshmallows or raisins

  • Sprinkles or mini eggs (for Easter vibes 🐣)

  • A pinch of sea salt (if using dark chocolate)
