Ingredients

- 1 pound (450g) cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 pound (225g) cooked crab meat (lump or imitation)
- 1/2 pound (225g) cooked scallops or calamari (optional)
- 1 cup (150g) celery, finely diced
- 1/2 cup (75g) red bell pepper, finely diced
- 1/4 cup (35g) red onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (optional)
- 1/2 cup (120g) cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)
- Mixed greens or lettuce leaves (for serving, optional)
For the Dressing:
- 1/2 cup (120ml) mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup (60ml) sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning (or your preferred seafood seasoning)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- A dash of hot sauce (optional)
